Information you provide
When you send a partnership inquiry, we collect the contact details, company information, opportunity type and message you submit so Horizons Trading can review and respond to your request.
Website analytics
We record limited first-party activity such as page views, selected call-to-action clicks and successful inquiry submissions. We do not store raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, full referring URLs, advertising identifiers or behavioral fingerprints.
Administrator access
For approved administrators, we retain the work email, assigned access level and sign-in activity needed to protect the management dashboard. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes, authenticated sessions expire after 12 hours, and administrator records remain until access is removed.
Retention
Partnership inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after their latest update. Anonymous website analytics are retained for up to 13 months.
Who can access inquiries
Access is restricted to authorized Horizons Trading leadership through a protected administrative area. Inquiry details are not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Your choices
You may ask Horizons Trading to correct or delete information you submitted by contacting the company through its official business channels.
